About the role
As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial point of contact with both current and potential customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. Your responsibilities will include working with customers through various channels such as email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business.
Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting relationships by converting prospects into customers and fostering loyalty among existing clients.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions, including offering advice and consultation.
- Work with customers to develop and implement work orders, ensuring timely delivery of finished orders.
- Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to the development and execution of business and marketing plans.
- Learn to prepare estimates and ensure the quality and timely completion of projects.
Requirements
- Outgoing personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn and adapt to the fast-paced and dynamic nature of the sign industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
