About the role

As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial point of contact with both current and potential customers in our FASTSIGNS Center. You will interact with customers through various means including email, telephone, in-person, and at their place of business.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-lasting relationships by converting prospects into customers and fostering loyalty among existing clients.
  • Work with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions through advice and consultation.
  • Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to the development and execution of business and marketing plans.
  • Learn and utilize the latest techniques and technologies in the sign industry to enhance services and meet customer expectations.
