Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests, providing exceptional customer service to ensure they feel comfortable and welcomed
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions
- Check in members, provide club tours, sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates or billing issues
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Regularly clean the facility, including bathrooms, equipment, front desk area, and amenities
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to stand and walk continually during shifts
- Ability to engage in continual conversation with members and potential members in person and on the phone
- Must be able to lift 45 pounds
