Customer Service Representative
Duties
- Greets and assists guests and/or donors.
- Performs retail duties including replenishing stock, removing merchandise, changing and maintaining displays, and keeping the store neat and clean.
- Ensures guest service standards are met.
- Utilizes the “Guest Ready” book to help keep the store clean and organized.
- Acknowledges and greets guests who come within 10 feet.
- Asks guests to “Round-Up” to generate funds to support programs.
- Accurately processes guest merchandise-return transactions.
- Completes quarterly Safety Analysis.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area at check stands.
- Demonstrates reliability, communicates constructively, listens actively, and shares willingly with the team.
Requirements
- Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making.
- Ability to work with people having different abilities.
- Able to perform repetitive tasks independently.
- Knowledge of current trends helpful.
- Able to work flexible hours, days, evenings, and weekends.
- Available to work all shifts (weekends and nights a must).
Physical Requirements
- Requires standing, stooping, bending, and carrying for entire shift (excluding break times).
- Requires the use of hands for simple grasping, pushing and pulling, and fine manipulation.
- Requires standing, stooping, bending, or carrying for extended periods.
- Requires moving 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
- Requires tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
- Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
- Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all job requirements.
- Able to stand, stoop, bend, or carry for extended periods.
- Able to move 20-100 pounds by lifting, team lifting, or with mechanical assistance.
- Able to go up and down steps.
- Tolerance to extreme changes in temperature and humidity.
Experience
- 0-2 years
- High school/Equivalent
- Knowledge of merchandise, cash register operations, and change-making.

- Available to work all shifts desired.
