- Investigate account details before initiating contact
- Communicate with customers to collect payments or negotiate plans
- Promote timely payments through clear, respectful outreach
- Handle inbound calls, process payments, and resolve inquiries
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with professionalism
- Maintain detailed, accurate notes on customer interactions
- Escalate complaints to the appropriate supervisor or manager
- Prepare and send account status letters promptly
- A self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to receive and apply feedback constructively
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Calm under pressure with a patient, empathetic approach
- Basic computer and typing proficiency
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday
- Pay Structure: Base pay + commission opportunities
