Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
- Processing customer phone orders
- Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
- Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
- Aiding the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
Qualifications
- Prior inside sales/customer service experience
- The ideal candidate would have preferably/but not required 2-3 years of some combination of the following knowledge: pump/motor /rotating equipment/industrial products sales
- Efficient in Windows based programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with SalesForce, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, SAP Ariba, and Citrix P21 would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
- Must have experience performing a majority of the functions
- Willingness to learn and take directions when needed
- Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required
Benefits
- Compensation Range: $50,000-$60,000 Annually DOE

- Shift Time/Overtime: Normal in-person business hours Monday-Friday, 7am - 4pm
- Travel: NA
- Education: Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
