Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
  • Processing customer phone orders
  • Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
  • Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
  • Aiding the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and capable of working independently
  • Experience performing a majority of the functions
  • Data entry skills, organization, multitasking, and customer focus are required
  • Regular in-person attendance required
  • Fast learner
  • Great customer service skills
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
