About the role
Buck Company LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our customers and internal teams. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, responsive support to internal and external customers
- Manage incoming phone calls and email inquiries
- Accurately enter customer orders into our system
- Assist customers with product or service questions and resolve issues quickly
- Follow up to ensure customer needs are fully met
- Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- An associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2–3 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear written communication
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
- The ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a sense of urgency
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- A high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Odyssey software
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
