About the role

Buck Company LLC is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support our customers and internal teams. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, responsive support to internal and external customers
  • Manage incoming phone calls and email inquiries
  • Accurately enter customer orders into our system
  • Assist customers with product or service questions and resolve issues quickly
  • Follow up to ensure customer needs are fully met
  • Support special projects and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • An associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–3 years of customer service or administrative experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear written communication
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a sense of urgency
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
  • A high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Odyssey software
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

Pay

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
