About the role

Join The Dixon Group as a Customer Service Representative in Chestertown, MD. Support both internal and external customers with professionalism and care, process orders accurately and efficiently, troubleshoot and resolve product or service concerns, and collaborate on special projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support both internal and external customers with professionalism and care
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle invoicing and accounts receivable functions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or service concerns
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and continuous improvements

Requirements

  • Average of 2-3 years of experience in customer services or administrative support
  • Average of 2-3 years of education in a related field of study
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • An attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study

Schedule

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
