Responsibilities
- Provide timely, professional support to internal teams and external customers
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Prepare, deliver, and follow up on customer quotations
- Enter and process customer orders accurately, including pricing and lead times
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
- Support accounts receivable activities, including invoicing and basic follow-up
- Maintain accurate records, files, and customer data
- Aid with special projects and process improvements as needed
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of customer service, administrative, or related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on active listening
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a customer service or office setting
- Experience with quoting, order entry, or ERP systems (preferred)
