Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Aid customers with product information, order status, and service scheduling
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate teams as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about company products and policies

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency with computers and basic software applications
