Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Aid customers with product information, order status, and service scheduling
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate teams as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about company products and policies
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications
