About the role
Our office is located in Floral Park, NY. We are urgently hiring a customer service representative.
Responsibilities
- Answering and making phone calls (NO cold calling)
- Interacting with customers
- Answering calls from our field technicians
- Scheduling appointments
- Writing emails to managers
- Ensuring follow-up calls are made to customers
Requirements
- Must be outgoing, confident, hardworking, energetic, motivated, and have strong communication skills
- Very comfortable using a computer and have good technical skills
- No pest control background is necessary, but customer service experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills and communication (including telephone) skills
- Excellent organizational skills

Salary Range: $40,000 and up based on experience
