The role
The core responsibilities of this role include:
- At least 6 months experience in a warehouse returns setting including using a manual pallet jack, warehouse management system, and the ability to communicate with customers via smart sheet.
- Must be comfortable with lifting up to 50lbs, standing on feet for most of the day, and working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
Skills and/or experience
- A strong attention to detail.
- Returning merchandise in a warehouse environment.
- The ability to down stack and organize pallets by item and lot.
- The ability to handle rework cases, clean shipping labels, and ensure returns match WMS footprints.

About the role
Position: 1st Shift Customer Service Representative (Returns)
Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm, Monday-Friday
Pay: $20.50 per hour

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
- 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred
