The role
The core responsibilities of this role include:
- Serve as the primary contact for dealership parts managers via phone and email, providing timely and accurate ETAs, shipment visibility, and order status for parts.
- Investigate and resolve missing parts, cage discrepancies, shortages, and transit delays by working closely with PXD/PDC operations, transportation, and receiving sites.
Qualifications
- Maintain detailed documentation and identify recurring issues related to transloading, routing, or site handoffs, escalating trends to leadership to improve performance.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 0-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience
- 0-12 months of warehouse experience, preferred

Benefits
- Pay: $20.35 per hour
- Additional Incentives: All full-time employees are eligible to qualify for monthly performance attendance bonus.
