Customer Service Representative

The role

The core responsibilities of this role include:

• Processing customer orders
• Cooking with transportation providers and ensuring accurate shipment and order information
• Maintaining records and reports
• Supporting office and administrative functions
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced logistics environment

Shift

Shift: 1st Shift, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6:00am to 6:00pm, Every other Wednesday 6:00am to 6:00pm

Pay

$19.75 per hour

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within a logistics or transportation environment, including coordinating shipments, communicating with carriers and customers, and utilizing transportation or warehouse management systems.
