Description POSITION OVERVIEW: The Customer Service Representative will support the outside sales team, operations team and customers with prompt service, accurate order entry, on-time delivery of product and effective issue resolution when necessary. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Evaluate customer requests for sales opportunitiesManage customer orders and quotation files with 100% accuracyCoordinate and expedite customer orders, and ensure customer requirements are understood and customers are kept informed of relevant issuesMaintain a proactive approach to customer complaints, requests to expedite, and any other customer issuesWork closely with sales team and dispatch team to facilitate flow of information regarding quotes, quality issues, deliveries, prospective accounts, competitors and customer feedbackProvide feedback reports to the Main Office and Supervisor regarding customer contactsLearn/Operate CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) with comfort and clarityFollow-up on customer quotationsOperate in accordance with company policy and procedures Requirements QUALIFICATIONS/POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Exceptional customer service skills and great personalityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize work and apply independent judgementBasic email and PC functionsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)Knowledge of common business practices relating to the purchase, pricing, terms, shipment, taxes, and payment for products and servicesAbility to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customerSelf-motivated and results oriented, competitive with strong organizational and interpersonal skills and a proven successful sales recordOil + Gas industry experience a plus3+ years’ experience in Customer Service or related field
