Job Description
The Dallas Bulls are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to fans, season ticket holders, and clients. This role is crucial for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone interacting with the team.
- Respond promptly and courteously to fan inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Aid with ticket sales, account management, and event information.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with ticketing, marketing, and operations teams to communicate updates and promotions.
- Provide support during game days and special events as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve the overall fan experience.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree preferred.
- One to three years of experience in customer service or fan relations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
