Responsibilities

  • Ensure prompt and professional customer service.
  • Manage all incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence.
  • Direct matters to the appropriate person or department.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the General Managers and Service Advisors.
  • Handle receivables, payables, and entry of information into the accounting system.
  • Balance monthly statements and perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and/or emails daily.

Pay

The posted minimum pay rate is USD $10.00/Hr., and the maximum is USD $21.65/Hr., subject to annual updates and eligibility requirements.
