Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Ensure prompt and professional customer service.
• Manage incoming phone calls, walk-in business, and written correspondence.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to General Managers and Service Advisors.
• Handle receivables, payables, and entry into the accounting system.
• Balance monthly statements and perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay

The posted minimum pay rate is USD $10.00/Hr., and the maximum is USD $24.60/Hr., subject to annual updates and eligibility requirements.
