Customer Service Representative
About the role
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Copart, Inc. provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. This role involves obtaining the release of vehicles from body shops and other locations, and supporting office operations as needed. The CSR acts as the initial point of contact for Copart's customers, offering solutions to meet their needs through a thorough understanding of Copart’s practices.
Responsibilities
- Obtain the release of vehicles from body shops and other locations
- Offer solutions to facilitate a unique customer service experience
- Answer and place calls professionally, measuring on call quality
- Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
- Expand responsibilities to include Chat and Email Customer Support
Requirements
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- High School diploma
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with office equipment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency - MS Suite
- Typing speed 45 WPM
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills a plus
