About the role
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Copart, Inc. is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. This role involves obtaining vehicle releases from body shops and other locations, and supporting internal operations.
Responsibilities
- Obtain vehicle releases from body shops and other locations
- Offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience
- Answer and place calls in a professional manner
- Measure call quality based on knowledge, professionalism, and follow-up call times
- Focus on call resolution and use company resources to gather information and offer solutions
- Expand responsibilities to include chat and email customer support as needed
Requirements
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- High School diploma
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with office equipment
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency - Microsoft Office Suite
- Typing speed of 45 WPM
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills a plus
