Customer Service Representative
About the role
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Copart, Inc. is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. This role involves obtaining the release of vehicles from body shops and other locations, and supporting other office functions as needed. The CSR acts as the initial point of contact for Copart's customers, ensuring a positive and efficient service experience.
Responsibilities
- Obtain the release of vehicles from various locations including body shops and residences.
- Offer solutions and support to clients based on a thorough understanding of Copart practices.
- Answer and place calls professionally, measuring call quality through knowledge, professionalism, and follow-up call efficiency.
- Focus on resolving calls effectively using company resources to gather necessary information and provide solutions.
- Perform other office support functions as required.
Requirements
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred.
- A high school diploma.
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with office equipment.
- An attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- A typing speed of 45 WPM.
- A professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
