About the role
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Copart, Inc. is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers. This role involves obtaining vehicle releases from body shops and other locations, and supporting clients through various office functions.
Responsibilities
- Obtain vehicle releases from body shops and other locations
- Offer solutions to facilitate a unique customer service experience
- Answer and place calls professionally, measuring on call quality
- Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
- Expand responsibilities to include Chat and Email Customer Support
Requirements
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- High School diploma
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient with office equipment
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving
- Computer proficiency - MS Suite
- Typing speed 45 WPM
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills a plus
