About the role
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Copart, Inc. provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. This role involves obtaining the release of vehicles from body shops and other locations, and includes supporting internal operations.
Responsibilities
- Obtain the release of vehicles from body shops and other locations
- Offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience
- Answer and place calls in a professional manner
- Measure call quality based on knowledge, professionalism, and follow-up call times
- Focus on call resolution using company resources to gather information and offer solutions
- Expand responsibilities to include Chat and Email Customer Support
Requirements
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- High School diploma
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with office equipment
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency - MS Suite
- Typing speed of 45 WPM
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills a plus
