About the role
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Copart, Inc. is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients. This role involves obtaining vehicle releases from body shops and other locations, and supporting internal operations.
Responsibilities
- Obtain vehicle releases from body shops and other locations
- Offer solutions to facilitate unique customer service experiences
- Answer and place calls professionally, measuring on call quality
- Use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
- Expand responsibilities to include chat and email customer support
Requirements
- One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
- High School diploma
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with office equipment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency - MS Suite
- Typing speed of 45 WPM
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Occasional overtime as needed
Qualifications
- High School diploma
