Customer Service Representative

About the role

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Copart, Inc. provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers. This role involves obtaining the release of vehicles from body shops and other locations, and supporting internal and external clients through various office support functions.

Responsibilities

• Obtain the release of vehicles from body shops and other locations
• Offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience
• Answer and place calls in a professional manner
• Measure on call quality (Knowledge, level of professionalism, time to place follow-up calls)
• Focus on a call resolution and use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
• Expand responsibilities to include Chat and Email Customer Support

Requirements

• One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred
• High School diploma
• Excellent customer service skills and attitude
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficient with office equipment
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving
• Computer proficiency - MS Suite
• Typing speed 45 WPM
• Professional appearance
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills a plus
