About the role

The Customer Service Representative will be the voice of Colony Roofers and support the growing sales team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable using technology.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional service
• Make outbound calls to leads from marketing and referral sources
• Schedule appointments for our sales team
• Register customer warranties after project completion
• Maintain customer records and update company systems
• Track sales metrics and reporting data
• Aid with administrative tasks that support company growth
• Communicate effectively with customers, sales representatives, and leadership

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional and friendly phone presence
• Comfortable learning and using technology, software, and AI tools
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a growing company
• Self-motivated and dependable

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• Call center, scheduling, administrative, or office support experience
• Experience in roofing, construction, home services, or sales support (preferred)
• Experience using CRM software (preferred)
