Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a fast-paced, fun environment where you can grow your career. This is a part-time position with required availability for weekday and weekend evenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register/cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions and assist with our food program.
• Maintain store appearance by working in various areas inside and outside the store.
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish tasks.

Skills

• Selling products to customers.

• Problem-solving and offering suggestions.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience (preferred).
• Sales associate or cashiering experience (a plus).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination.
• May require climbing a ladder to store/retrieve materials or place/remove signs.

Pay

Hiring range: $11.00 to $12.50 per hour.
