Customer Service Representative

About the role

We want you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Colonial Heights, Virginia location. This is a part-time position with flexible shift availability, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, run the register, and handle cashiering duties.
• Make purchase suggestions and occasionally work with our food program.
• Work around the store (inside and out) to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast, friendly service.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish tasks.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience (preferred).
• Sales associate or cashiering experience (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination.
• May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Pay

Hiring range: $13.00 to $14.00 per hour.
