Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate the register, and handle cashier duties
• Make purchase suggestions and assist with the food program
• Maintain high standards for store appearance (inside and out)
• Provide fast, friendly service to customers throughout the store
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks

• Strong sales and product recommendation skills
• Excellent customer care and communication abilities

• Retail or customer service experience (preferred)
• Sales associate or cashiering experience (preferred)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands (requires eye‑hand coordination)
• May require climbing a ladder to store/retrieve materials or place/remove signs
