Customer Service Representative

About the role

We want you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a fast-paced, fun environment where you can grow your career. This is a part-time, overnight position with required availability on both weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register
• Process transactions and make purchase suggestions
• Assist with the food program
• Maintain store appearance by working in various areas inside and outside the store
• Provide fast and friendly service to customers
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance
• Interact with customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team
• Accomplish daily tasks around the store

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience (preferred)
• Sales associate or cashiering experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance in your career
• Willingness to learn and have fun

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
• Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
• May require climbing a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs

Pay

Hiring range: $11.00 to $12.50 per hour
