About the Role

Your future duties and responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for customers, providing courteous and professional support
  • Answer questions, resolve issues, and provide accurate information by following established procedures
  • Document customer interactions clearly and accurately
  • Escalate inquiries when needed while maintaining ownership of the customer experience

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • An attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, structured team environment

Schedule Requirements

  • Ability to work onsite in our Troy, Alabama office Monday-Friday
