About The Role
We’re looking for a friendly and solutions‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join a financial services team. In this role, you’ll help customers with account questions, resolve issues, and work with internal teams to keep things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Answer customer calls and emails in a timely, professional way
- Help with common requests like billing questions, payments, account updates, and documentation
- Troubleshoot issues (payments, account discrepancies, etc.) and escalate when needed
- Work closely with other departments (collections, asset teams, etc.)
- Keep accurate notes and meet service goals
What They’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (financial services a plus)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Organized and able to handle a fast‑paced environment
- Comfortable working with numbers and detail
