Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers, answer phone calls, respond to customer email inquiries & performs live chat assistance.
- Troubleshoot & research customer order problems.
- Processes order returns & replacements.
- Aid in filing & various special projects as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- One (1) year of customer service experience in a call center or similar high-volume environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic phone manner.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM/ticketing systems.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes, manage time effectively, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to de-escalate challenging situations.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
