Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing incoming calls and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer support or client service role.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- A customer-oriented approach with a high degree of professionalism and patience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
