Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing incoming calls and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and provide accurate, valid, and complete information.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep meticulous records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure a consistent and high-quality service.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer support or client service role.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A customer-oriented approach with a high degree of professionalism and patience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
