Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize email inboxes, calendars, and appointments
  • Schedule meetings, conference calls, and virtual events
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records
  • Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat
  • Cook up travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Aid with document preparation, editing, and filing
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or similar role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet)
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
