Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound customer service requests via phone
• Aiding customers with pickups, general inquiries
• Escalating calls needing more attention
• Providing prompt, courteous, and efficient routing where necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Minimum two years of customer success/customer retention experience required
• Mastery level written and spoken communication skills, through use of word-processing programs, creating spreadsheets, writing email, and speaking on the phone
• Reliable, hardworking, and motivated

Location & Hours

Onsite role. Offices located at 17 Court Street, Buffalo, NY. Hours: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
