Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle high volume of inbound and outbound calls in an expedient and professional manner
• Input accurate reservations and special requests into OpenTable and digital reservation system
• Answer customer inquiries regarding history, policies, procedures, site navigation, operations
• Communicate messages and special requests to management in a precise and clear way
• Help to resolve customer dissatisfaction and technical problems
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall operations and enhance the guest experience
• Provide administrative, general office and clerical services as requested

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred
• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred
• Must work efficiently both independently and in a team setting
• Able to balance timeliness and accuracy under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Must possess excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work nights, weekends, holidays
