Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our high-performing agency. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping people. The CSR is often the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital role in maintaining our reputation as a customer-focused, top-tier insurance agency.
Pay
- Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
- Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to learn insurance products and agency systems
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Insurance experience or licensing (or willingness to obtain)
- Spanish Speaking Preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person
- Aid clients with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries
- Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and certificates of insurance
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Support licensed agents with administrative and service-related tasks
- Follow agency workflows and compliance standards
- Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients
- Cross-sell existing clients
