About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist customers in resolving issues related to product inquiries, billing, and account management.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions
  • Process customer orders and payments
  • Update customer records and maintain accurate information
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Knowledge of company products and services

Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Effective listening and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Pay

Schedule
