Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Accurately enter customer orders into our system.
  • Assist customers with questions about products, services, pricing, and order status.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Work with other departments to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
