Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Accurately enter customer orders into our system.
- Assist customers with questions about products, services, pricing, and order status.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Work with other departments to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
