Core Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in-office and over the phone, helping customers understand and navigate their policies and insurance needs.
- Support file keeping and assist in day-to-day office processes that optimize the agency’s effectiveness.
- Manage inbound calls and route them as needed.
- Aid in follow-up client communications and keep accurate records on provided platforms.
- Offer administrative support to licensed sales staff, with potential opportunities to contribute to cross-sales and lead development.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms.
- Professional experience in customer service (insurance or office environment preferred).
Technical Proficiency
- Experience with agency management software and standard office programs is typically required.

- A high level of organization is needed to manage multiple client accounts, policies, and tasks simultaneously.

- Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for ensuring policy accuracy and proper documentation.

- Professional customer service in the Industry: 1 year (Required)
