Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate quotes to customers
- Process customer orders, changes, and returns in accordance with company policies
- Acknowledge all new inquiries within 2–3 hours
- Distribute incoming leads to the appropriate team members
- Maintain and update customer records in the database
- Generate sales reports and performance metrics as requested
- Attend and actively participate in production meetings
- Collaborate regularly with production/planning, engineering, and shipping departments
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with HubSpot
- Experience working with a CRM system
