Customer Service Representative

About the role

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service support and administration to both internal and external Service Center customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers through incoming phone calls.
• Determine and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Absorb and update customer files.
• Schedule services and take payments.
• Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technician availability and account payments.
• Work in a team environment to meet monthly service center goals.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
