Customer Service Representative
About the role
Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service support and administration to both internal and external Service Center customers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers through incoming phone calls.
- Determine and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Absorb and update customer files.
- Schedule services and take payments.
- Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technician availability and account payments.
- Work collaboratively within a team to meet monthly service center goals.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency.

Pay
The pay rate is based on experience.
Schedule
