Customer Service Representative

About the role

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service support and administration to both internal and external Service Center customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers through incoming phone calls.
• Determine and resolve issues to address customer problems.
• Absorb customer inquiries regarding scheduling services, payments, and account updates.
• Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technician schedules are full and accounts are paid.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment to meet monthly service center goals.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to work minimal overtime as needed.

Schedule
