Responsibilities
- Answer telephones and greet clients
- Greet clients and prepare patient files
- Escort clients and patients to exam rooms
- Receive and relay client correspondence
- Update client financial records
- Diffuse negative client situations and foster client loyalty
Requirements
- Completed high school education
- Compassion for animals

Qualifications
- Broad knowledge of animal care and routine procedures
- Knowledge of over-the-counter products and their uses
- Ability to educate clients on pet care and sales
- Experience with admitting and discharging patients and handling cash transactions
