Responsibilities
- Serve as the first and final impression of the hospital
- Provide a polished, client-centered experience in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments efficiently and manage multi-line phones
- Support seamless patient flow through strong communication with medical staff
- Process invoices and payments accurately
- Maintain organized, detailed medical records
- Offer empathy and professionalism during both routine and emotionally sensitive visits
Qualifications
- 1+ year of customer service or receptionist experience (veterinary preferred)
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working around dogs, cats, and other small animals
