Responsibilities
- Be the welcoming face and voice for our clients, ensuring an excellent experience with every interaction.
- Handle scheduling, client inquiries, and manage calls effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Handle multiple level platforms for medication refills and appointment requests.
- Collaborate with our medical and technical staff to support seamless communication and care.
Requirements
- A solid background in vet med is required.
- Must be able to work 50% of Saturdays.
- Shifts start as early as 7:00 AM, requiring reliability and punctuality.
- Previous experience managing high call volumes is a plus.
- Excellence in this role and ambition to grow into a CSR Lead position.

Pay
Pay Range: $17.00-$21.00 based on experience
