Customer Service Representative

About the role

We’re looking for a highly collaborative and dependable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join us full-time, onsite. This role is ideal for someone driven by the opportunity to contribute to the success of a local business. You’ll work closely with our sales and production teams to ensure customer needs are met and relationships are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization, engaging with clients as part of our sales team.
• Convey the company’s expertise in products, services, and capabilities to customers.
• Communicate customer requirements to the production team.
• Handle customer inquiries by telephone or in-person, providing information about products or services.
• Perform order entry, generate estimates, collect deposits or payments, and arrange billing.
• Answer product and service questions and suggest additional offerings to attract potential customers.
• Conduct customer needs assessments, meet quality standards for service, and evaluate customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Desire to continuously look for ways to help people.
• Critical thinking skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
• Past CSR experience is preferred but not necessary—we will train the right, enthusiastic team player.

Schedule

• Full-time, 8-hour shift.
• Monday to Friday.
